Non-Commissionable Items Vacation rental owners have 24 hours to accept or decline an online booking request. Booking requests that are declined are not commissionable and will be reversed. New owner listings must be a vacation rental listing that are new to HomeAway, not a renewal. New owner listings that are renewals, cancellations, unpaid, or uncomplete are not commissionable. Refer-A-Friend coupon codes, which are coupon codes that start with 'RAF' are not eligible for commissions. Property Managers with more than 10 properties are excluded from receiving commissions for new owner listings.
